By creating an account or using DFO Gang, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide a valid Gmail address for verification.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions is prohibited.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harassing, threatening, or hateful content.
• Post NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
• Spam, flood, or disrupt the community with repetitive or meaningless content.
• Impersonate other users, moderators, or administrators.
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or compromise the service or its infrastructure.
• Engage in real-money trading (RMT) or facilitate violations of Neople's Terms of Service.
• Upload malicious files or content designed to harm other users.
• Circumvent rate limits, bans, or other security measures.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the service without permission.

4. User Content

• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to display and store it as part of the service.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
• Content may be moderated or removed without prior notice.
• Deleted content may still appear in backups for a limited period.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts for:

• Violating any of the prohibited conduct rules above.
• Repeated reports from other users.
• Attempting to disrupt or abuse the service.
• Any behavior that we determine is harmful to the community.

Banned users may appeal through the community or by contacting an administrator.

6. Intellectual Property

Dungeon Fighter Online, its characters, images, and related assets are property of Neople Inc. DFO Gang is a fan-made community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Neople Inc.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or accuracy of DFO character data. Use the service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DFO Gang and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
